While many of our pies (with the exception of cherry, cherry berry, pecan, and dark chocolate pecan) do not specifically contain nuts, everything we produce is made in a kitchen that processes tree nuts. Please note that all macarons are made with almond flour.
Yes! The macarons are made with almond flour and are naturally gluten free. Feel free to request a full ingredients list. Please note, however, that wheat flour is utilized in the preparation of other products in the same facility.

Yes, I have a Cottage Food Operator's License issued by the New Jersey Department of Health. Please feel free to request a copy. All foods are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the department of health.
Hi, thanks for asking! My name is Ani and I am a licensed home-baker operating out of my house in Layton, New Jersey. I started making macarons because it seemed really hard, and pies because my partner likes them.
